This condo was amazing—we had so many great things to say about our stay! The location couldn’t have been better. It was incredibly convenient to be within walking distance of the ski rental shop, pizza, restaurants, grocery store. And the drive to the mountain was very quick.Check-in and check-out were some of the easiest we’ve ever experienced, which made everything stress-free from start to finish. We also loved how convenient the layout was—the elevator was right by our parking spot in the garage and just around the corner from the condo, making loading and unloading a breeze.Communication with Matt and Mike was excellent throughout our stay. We had two families of four, and there was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable.We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Avon!

Lovely place and great location

My family really enjoyed our stay at Avon. Ski rentals and buses or gondola were very walking distance, as well Restaurants (Gondola Pizza!). Matt the property manager was very attentive. Will definitely come back if we visit Avon again.

Convenient location

Condo is very clean and up to date. Lots of little touches in the unit. Bus stop for skiing right outside. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Only negative was difficulty finding the entrance. However Matt was great at getting us to right spot.Would definitely book here again

Wonderful Stay in Avon

Matt is a professional host!Communication was simple and useful. This property is in a prime spot away from the crowds and atop several great local businesses with a wide variety which made meal choices very easy, not to mention it’s across the street from City Market. The bus stop is less than 100yds away which made getting to the resort a breeze. Wonderfully set up property. Bedrooms are large and the beds are super comfy. Kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend it for a visit to Avon in any season. Thanks again Matt!

Avon Condo

Matt took care of us. The place was ready and clean when we arrived. The condo is close to restaurants and transit to Beaver Creek Ski Resort and Vail. We would stay there again.

Great family ski vacation

My family had the best time staying here and skiing at Beaver Creek! The condo had everything we needed and Matt was super responsive to any questions we had. The location was convenient, only a few minute walk to a shuttle stop or a 10 minute walk to the gondola. The beds were super comfortable and the place had everything you could need in the kitchen. Highly recommend!
