Second floor offers huge great room (pool and foosball table) with tons of brand new windows in 2024 and natural light, a newly remodeled kitchen, half bath, and a sunroom/dining room and office. Third floor boasts two ensuite king bedrooms and another living room to retreat to! Outside, relax and enjoy the covered sun decks and views of the ocean. Walk out your driveway to conveniently access the community beach access walkway. Close to everything, enjoy the multiuse path to walk or bike to nearby dining and shops (and of course Duck Donuts!) or just for the exercise. You can also relax in the private secluded pool area with hot tub. Large lot for you and your 4 legged pup to enjoy, also perfect for lawn games! Your stay includes a bath towel, hair towel, and washcloth in each bath.
