This lovely vacation rental is the perfect location for your next family beach getaway or couple's retreat to recharge!

Located in the heart of Avon, this top-floor condo boasts magnificent views and beach access and is just steps away from the pier. Enjoy a day fishing off the dock, building sand castles, and walking to local shops and eateries. Four miles away, you'll find Kite Point and Cape Hatteras Lighthouse (seven miles), where you can spend an afternoon flying kites and reveling in breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean.

Inside this oasis, you'll be surrounded by sun-filled interiors bursting with elegant finishes and coastal charm. Lounge poolside all afternoon with your favorite beach read at the shared pool area. The well-equipped kitchen makes whipping up your favorite meals and snacks a breeze. And the ample dining area is ideal for board game nights and sharing laughs with friends. This property is outdated and decorated tacky. Holes in the ceiling, peeling paint, not clean, rusty drier, unsafe and broken nails on the deck. The list of issues is too long to list.

We loved the location and great view of the beach from our balcony! Very easy walk to access the beach and nice to have a pool on property. Only complaint we had was the sheer curtains not blocking my sunlight in the mornings, but just got our days started extra early! Overall we had an amazing stay!

Beautiful views close to beach.

Very nice unit on top floor with beautiful views of the beach from exterior balcony. A close walk to the beach across the dunes. Great location close to grocery stores/ restaurants. Be aware of the stairs. It’s equivalent of 4 levels up.

Beautiful beach condo

We came for a long weekend stay. The condo is STUNNING! Very clean, beautiful decor, books, games, super comfortable. Great Avon location, basically next door to the pier, nice pool, easy walk to the beach. We loved the deck. I am embarrassed to say that I also loved the three TVs. Plenty of parking. The only down side, for someone who is not so fit like me, is the four flights up on outside stairs. I booked quickly after seeing the interior photos, for some reason I'd assume there would be elevator when I booked.
