This chic, mountain contemporary residence offers a family room with a wood burning fireplace and flatscreen TV, a premium chef’s kitchen with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances (including a wine refrigerator), plus a dining table for six. Additional features include two guest suites, each with an attached, luxurious bathroom and flatscreen TV (primary has a king size bed, secondary has a king size bed and twin-over-double bunk bed), hardwood flooring and barnwood accents throughout, a washer/dryer, covered parking for one vehicle, and access to a private ski locker room.

After a day of adventure, conveniently store your gear in the private ski locker or bike storage room before unwinding at the expansive patio area, which features a large year-round pool, two hot tubs, lounge chairs, grills, and a sauna with a private changing area. Two outdoor gas firepits provide the perfect setting to relax while taking in beautiful mountain views. For those traveling with a vehicle, Kiva offers complimentary covered parking, an electric vehicle charging station, and access to a convenient shuttle service throughout Beaver Creek.

Property Improvement Notice:

The Kiva will undergo a roofing project from August 17 through November 1. Guests may experience daytime construction noise, along with temporary impacts to building access and appearance as work progresses. Construction is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. No work will take place on Sundays. Thank you for your understanding as we complete this important property improvement.
