New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Cast your line at Reel 'Em Inn, a cottage tucked away in Avon's Kinnakeet Shores. You'll be close to anything and everything you may need, including shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. When you're not on the beach, enjoy the stunning private pool area complete with an outdoor bar and deck.

Take advantage of the spacious driveway and carport, great for cars and bikes, and the outdoor shower and fish cleaning station. As you make your way inside and up the stairs to the second level, you'll be greeted by four of the five bedrooms, one of which is a primary bedroom, and a shared bathroom. The bedroom adjacent to the bathroom has an attached deck area that overlooks a beautiful pond just past the pool.

You will pass a half bathroom on your way up to the top floor, opening up to the living room. Enjoy the beautiful views from the sofa, big enough for the whole family! Or from the deck just a few steps past the living room. The modern-style kitchen provides ample storage space for snacks and groceries. The dining area just off the kitchen overlooks the beautiful pool and outdoor area and features plenty of seating, as well as extra seating room on the breakfast bar. If you're looking for a new dinner setting, or just need some fresh air, enjoy the gorgeous screened porch just off the living room. Stepping back inside, you'll find the primary bedroom with an attached bathroom.

Check and check out was easy. Close to a small mall with 24/hr grocery store. Short walk to beach, like 10-15 mins. Was a great experience, stayed there with extended family, 10 people plenty of space, pool was great. Small pond in back with lots of turtles, my nieces and nephews named the large one Barry.

The house was basicallyas described, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood.60 pool heating fee wasn't disclosed in booking/listing. The pool was pretty dirty on arrival.Wifi network didn't exist. Didn't work for 24 hours, simple questions about where the router was took hours to answer. One bedroom doesn't have working lights.Living room tv didn't work.One bathroom toilet didn't flush.Weeks in advance, asked if the rental has a pack and play. They didn't. So we checked one and brought it with us... they had one.Propane fire place naturally had no propane.Charcoal grill is what you'd see at a county park.

Great stay

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures, the rooms were spacious and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There were plenty of puzzles, games for kids. The roof top deck was our favorite deck at night for the sunsets. We saw a momma deer with her babies, frogs, ducks, and lots of turtles, the wild life was a plus. The pool was a perfect size for cooling off after a long day at the beach. We had a wonderful vacation the only thing we wished for was is a full size grill instead of the small stationary grill outside that you find in a park. It was hard to use for the amount of people we were cooking for and had to buy a cheap grill to use along with it. Other than that, everything else was great. Thank you for allowing us to stay at Reel’em Inn to do exactly that. Would highly recommend.

Very nice house, well-maintained, lots of space.

The pictures in the online ad describe the house very well. It is well-maintained, has lots of space, a beautiful roof terrace and a spacious pool area (closed during our stay in pre season). Very good and sufficient kitchen equipment available. Strange and very unusual that towels are only provided during main season. Nice neighborhood, only five minutes walk to reach the water in each direction. Grocery store Food Lion very nearby. Side note: No information provided upfront about a large construction activity going on next-door.
