After a long day on the slopes or trails relax in this completely remodeled, 3-bedroom / 3-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and patio with gas BBQ grill. Located just across from Nottingham Lake and the Avon Rec Center and walking distance to all Avon dining and shopping. The Riverfront Express Gondola is less than a 1/2 mile walk.

Sleeps 8 guests allowed and 3 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.

Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complemented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.

At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner).

Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Convenient to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Glenwood Springs, the choice of activities is endless or you can simply enjoy a good book by the pool or your fireplace.

A few things of note:
- This condo is located on the third floor and there is NOT an elevator.
- Many mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.

We stayed for spring break with our children and this was a great home base for getting to Beaver Creek for skiing. The BCW shuttle right outside the condo takes you to the west side of BC skiing (Riverfront to Bachelor Gulch lifts) and the Avon city shuttle 1.5 blocks away takes you to the the BC Village (to Centennial Express lift) -so there are 2 very easy options for getting up on the mountain for skiing (we did it with all the kids carrying their own gear - super easy). We also enjoyed walking to Nottingham Lake and the park area where our younger kids played and our oldest fished. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals and we enjoyed games around the table. The hot tub is right down the stairs. This condo has great access to everything you want to do. It was a great spot for a family vacation!

The condo is conveniently located (10 minute walk to gondola)! There’s a community hot tub right next to the building (not featured in listing photos) and was very clean. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Gondola is an easy 5-7' walk from the condo. Kitchen updated, modern, and well-equipped. The living room is a great space to hang out after a long day of skiing, and the gas fireplace definitely warms the place up quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful spot

The condo is the perfect size and conveniently has a bathroom for each bedroom. A wonderful living space with open kitchen. The space is well laid out. So easy to get to Beavercreek with the multiple shuttles and buses. And easy walking distance from the Avon gondola, we would definitely go back !

Functional place

Beavercreek/vail is always expensive. This property was more reasonably priced than most. The kitchen is functional, tons of spices and condiments and pots and pans. The living space and dining table had enough room for two families, eight of us total. The beds were extremely firm and not very comfortable. The hot tub next to the building was not functional at all while we were there and the other two hot tubs were overcrowded each night. The unit is nicely updated and very functional. Be aware the hot water heater is just for the unit so be sure to stagger showers. We appreciated that they had so many things we needed or used, including a toolbox to fix a roof rack on our car and puzzles to keep a kid who didn't ski entertained. It's an easy shuttle ride to Beaver Creek. And the shuttle to Vail was absolutely delightful, the driver was kind and friendly and gave everyone water and candy. Shuttle ride was a big hit with the kids especially. Overall, it met all of our needs.

We enjoyed our stay at Beaver Creek West -- the location was convenient to BC (especially with the shuttle), and a short 20 min ride to Vail. The condo itself was fairly roomy, a little outdated, but comfortable. Loves: the carpeting, the fireplace, the TV & wifi, that all the appliances worked, beds were pretty comfortable (except in the bunk room) Dislikes: kitchen wasn't as stocked with dishes and stuff as some other places (we figured it out), the shower door fell off on my son's toe (we called maintenance) - (two of the showers had these heavy glass sliding doors that weren't fastened well...kind of outdated and scary. The one that fell off really busted up my son's toe), the first night one of our showers must've leaked because the unit below us came up and said they were getting water through the ceiling. Our unit was fine...but there must've been a leak in the pipes below. After that night - we didn't hear about it again, so it must've gotten fixed, and the hot tub/pool was pretty far from this unit (there is a smaller hot tub right next to the building, but it's not very hot). Overall I would rent there again for the location/price/space - we had a great week all together. Thanks!!!

Spacious family friendly great location

Beautiful home in heart of Avon! Great location for skiing!!! Spacious and had everything we needed. Home was very clean (except a few dishes & cabinets) but overall felt extremely clean and modern and spacious! Perfect for our family of 6- we even had friends over for dinner and never felt crowded. Fireplace and beautiful view!!! Close to park for little ones!!! Hope to be back!!

Great condo and great location! Shuttle provided for quick ride to ski slopes. Only negative was the unit's water heater took forever to heat up. Had to call maintenance to adjust settings because showers were ice cold.

Great location for a ski weekend. Shuttle was quick and on time and condo is just short distance from the Westin gondola. Owner was responsive helpful. Easy access to hot tub and parking was not an issue. Would stay again.
