The entire interior of Yankee Clipper has been totally remodeled and renovated to include a new kitchen and appliances, new furniture, and two new bathrooms with tiled showers. On top of that, the two exterior ocean-facing decks feature renovations such as new railings and furniture. A wooden walkway was also built from the house out to the beach access path.
This beautiful oceanfront property is ready to help you have the best Outer Banks vacation yet! One of the best oceanfront bargains you'll find, Yankee Clipper is a comfortable home complete with pleasing beachy decor and lots of TLC. After unpacking, relax in the comfortable great room with a cathedral ceiling and gaze out the sunny windows at the spectacular view of the sand dunes and the Atlantic Ocean. The totally remodeled, well-equipped kitchen will be the perfect place for the family chef to cook up some tasty seafood and other delicious treats.
The second-floor reading nook with a deck is the perfect little quiet spot to catch up with a good book or write a postcard to loved ones. Three comfortable bedrooms will be just the ticket when you need to catch up on much-needed rest. Central air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the home will provide cool breezes as you watch a show or a movie on one of two TVs with a DVD player.
