Contemporary country house located 4.5 km from the slopes. Charming typical village of Haute-Maurienne. South hillside. Residential quiet. Very good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Very cosy. Lots of charm. Nice patio with lovely terrace. Beautiful unobstructed view of the massif. Charming cottage 4.5km from the Norma slopes at the gates of the Vanoise National Park. In the heart of the sumptuous natural and preserved territory of Haute-Maurienne. Many reference ski areas nearby: Orelle gondola for Val-Thorens/3 Vallées at 16km (largest ski area in the world with 600km of slopes), Aussois 6km, Valfréjus 15km, Valcenis-Vanoise 22km. Superb Nordic ski site - surrounded by nature - from Sardières at 11km. Ideally located to radiate in summer and winter on different massifs & resorts including the Italian side (skis, hiking & cycling). 5km from Modane, a commercial town with all services. Ideal for a "great ski" or "nature & healing" stay with family or lovers!
