クーラーが効かない。 家の中にいるのにみんな汗をかいていました。 フィルターを見ると全室のクーラーに埃が大量に溜まっていた。 お金を払って泊まりに来ているのに フィルターの掃除をしました。 清掃が入っていると書いていたが 玄関外も掃き掃除本当にしたの？ と疑うレベルでした。 清潔感が全くなく、カーテンや窓際には 近づきたくないし 床にも座りたくなかったです。 エアコンのフィルターをみて 不信感しかなくベットに入るのも嫌で 数名は車中泊をしました。 サイトでは厳しくルールが書かれていたので きっちりされている方なのかなと思っていましたが、ぜひ改め直していただきたいです。 少しでも潔癖かも？と思う方は再検討をお勧めします。

値段相応には感じられませんでした。 また対応が機会的で融通が効かず、ホスピタリティを感じられませんでした。 また施設の備品などもう少し詳細を書いている方が良いと感じました。

エアコンのリモコンが1つ壊れていた 同じ機種なので違うリモコンで対応したが、一瞬焦る WiFiがあるはずなのに接続が悪いところか、存在しないと表示された

到着時に合わせてエアコンもつけて下さり、猛暑日でしたが着いた瞬間とても快適な温度の部屋でした。 現地までの上り坂の角度には驚きましたが景色はよいです。

ハウス自体には問題なくオシャレでした。 しかし、ハウスまでの道のりが急な坂道、下り坂で 危険すぎました。 場所の位置が残念でした。 あとは値段のわりには おふろが残念です。 近くに♨があるので そちらに行きました。
