Imagine a beautiful driveway leading to a pretty property with trees, flowers and carefully maintained with a backdrop of a glimpse of Lake Aydat. This is your next vacation spot! This former dwelling house transformed with passion by Hervé and Marie-Odile is perfect for accommodating two gites with undeniable comfort. We reassure you right away, very well designed, each gîte giving on either side of the house, you will not be able to "do without the salt". On the other hand, you will love lounging in the soft garden bed while sipping a cold drink... we can see you there already! The owners will take great care of their guests and will be delighted to share their passion for their region. Lake Aydat located just a few minutes by car is an emblematic place in the department to discover (or rediscover) absolutely! The gîte is located on the ground floor of the house. On one level it is composed as follows: - beautiful entrance - living room / fully equipped kitchen - two spacious bedrooms with a comfortable 160 bed - Bathroom - Separate WC - laundry room Marie-Odile and Hervé are not the type to skimp on the means, comfort and quality are indeed there! Small dogs can be accepted on owner request.
