In the middle of 2 ha of meadows, on a flat plot, renovated detached house, away from the village (3 km), in a quiet area. Breathtaking view. For mountain lovers, many hikes from the cottage and the village (heart-shaped Montagnon Lake). Ground floor: - Equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hobs, pyrolysis oven, dishwasher). Raclette, fondue, thermomix appliances. - Living room, lounge (fireplace with wood stove and heat recovery, TV) - Shower room (Italian shower, sink, toilet). Washing machine. 1st floor: - 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 2 single bunk beds). 1 baby bed. - Bathroom, toilet. Sheets provided included. Cleaning option 60 euros. Wood provided free of charge. Electric heating and tourist tax extra. Covered terrace 30 m². Garden furniture. barbecue, parasol. You are in a pasture area (cows), your pet will have to be watched. The enclosure in front of the 150 m2 cottage is made up of hedges, fences, gates with possible passages for your animal depending on its size. Picking porcini mushrooms, walnuts and hazelnuts in the fall. Sleds and snowshoes available in the winter. The village of Aydius is known for its goat farms (good cheeses to taste at the producers) in the Cazaubon district below the village.
