If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this villa is ideal, set on a small private residential development, a mere 3 kms to the nearest beach bar/restaurant with the town of Polis with its shops, bars and restaurants only a 10 minute drive away

The villa has 2 double bedrooms, the master has balcony with sea views and en-suite. There is family bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom.

The large open plan living area has a comfortable seating area with TV, whi h has all UK channels and WIFI. The dining area has seating for 6 and the open plan kitchen offers everything you would want in a modern kitchen including a dishwasher.

There are double patio doors from the lounge leading to a covered patio area with dining table and chairs to enjoy dining alfresco.

The pool and pool area is complete with sun loungers, hanging egg chair and outdoor day bed to laze away the beautiful sunny days in this lovely part of Cyprus.
