In a renovated 19th century farmhouse in the heart of the Savoyard foothills, a semi-detached cottage opens onto an unfenced 3500 m² park made up of gardens and orchard for an immersion in the countryside. Located between lake and mountain, this site is ideal for your walks, hikes, bikes, mountain bikes, water activities (the beach of Pré d'Argent at Lake Aiguebelette is 3.1 km away). The owners Anne and Alain offer you their shared swimming pool, a place of conviviality and exchange, or moments for yourself. The cottage is 5 km from Lépin train station and the motorway; thus, you can reach the very heart of Lyon (90km), Annecy (60km), Lake Bourget and Aix-Les-Bains 26 km away. You are 15 minutes from Chambéry, the "capital" of Savoie. Park and aquatic leisure centers are 30 minutes away by car, or take the via ferrata, the GR 9, the Via Rhona
