Hizmet Yetersiz

Hotels uygulamasından oda+kahvaltı şeklinde hizmet satın aldım. Akşam yemek saati 20.30-22.30 arasında. Akşam üzeri otele giriş yaptım,yemeğin 20.30 da olduğu söylendi. Yemek saatini bekleyip çocukların acıktığını ve uykusu geldiğini özellikle söylememe rağmen 21.30 da geldi. Parasını ödeyip yediğiniz 4 köfte bu kadar zamanda geliyorsa başka diyecek birşey bulamıyorum. Otelin konumu, odaları güzel ancak hizmet bekliyorsanız beklentinizi düşürün lütfen.
