Otel değil guesthouse, otele rezervasyon yaparken uygun olmasına aldandık ama kötü bir tercihti en azından bizim için. Odalarda günlük temizlik diye bir şey yok 3 kişilik rezervasyon olmasına rağmen 2 havlu vardı ekstra istedik. Bizi karşılayan beyefendi evet ilgiliydi ama sanırım temizlik görevlisi olduğunu düşündüğümüz kişiyi çıkarken gördük sadece, odada balkondan gelen karıncalar var ve banyo ful karıncaydı kendimiz temizledik, ulaşmak istesek de kimse ortada yoktu zaten. Konum olarak araba girmesi asla mümkün değil, arabayı uzak bir yere bırakıp valizlerle taş sokaklarda yürümek zorunda kaldık bu otelin problemi değil tabii ki ama oteli düşünenlere fikir olması açısından yazıyorum. Sahile gitmek için 10 dk arabaya yürüdük 10 dk da arabayla gittik. Eğer dar sokaklar, bohem mekanlar hoşunuza gidiyosa tercih edebilirsiniz, biz araştırmadan gittik durum bu.

olumsuz yönleri; odalar oldukça küçük, kaldığımız iki gece boyunca odada herhangi bir temizlik yapılmadı. Rezervasyon sırasında kahvaltı dahil diye gösteriliyordu ama kahvaltı yoktu. Fiyat olarak benzer pansiyonlardan daha düşük değil. olumlu yanları; merkezde, klima var, yatak da rahatsız değil. Beklentileri düşük tutarak gitmekte fayda var.

Çok berbat bir deneyimdi.odada klima var sıcak hava üflüyor sıcaktan bayıldık. Tuvalet korkuyordu kapıyı bile açamadık. Ve aşırı bir cihaz sesi vardı tüm gece durmadan çalıştı ve tek bir ilgilenen kişi görmedik. Gidecek arkadaşlara asla tavsiye etmeyeceğimiz bir yer..

Ayvalık meydana macoron sokağına oldukça yakın küçük tatlı bir konaklama yeri. Sahibi oldukça nazik ve kibardı. Erken gelmiş olmama rağmen otele giriş için yardımcı oldu. Odalar çok temiz ve ferah.

Konforlu ve temiz bir otel

Otel şehir merkezinde olmasına rağmen sessiz ve huzur vericiydi. En önemli konu tabi ki temizlik. Oda temiz ve havadardı, çarşaflar ve havlularda lavantaya benzer güzel bir koku vardı. Bel fıtığım olduğu için yatak konforu benim için önemlidir, dolayısıyla yattığım yatağa dikkat ederim ki odadaki yatak gerçekten çok rahattı. Açık büfe kahvaltı doyurucuydu, bölgesel peynirlerden köy ekmeğine kadar çok çeşit vardı. Otel personeli çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü idi. Oda fiyatı ise oldukça uygundu. Ayvalığa tekrar gidersem ilk tercihim yine burası olacak.

Oda aşırı temizdi. Yataklar kaliteliydi. Oleg bey ilgiliydi rezervasyonumuzu yanlış almışlar bu yüzden odamız hazır değildi telafi etmeye çalıştılar. Farklı bir oda seçtik. Kardeşim koltukta yatmasaydı iyiydi ama genel olarak çok otantik ve güzeldi.

Temizlik güzeldi, konumu cok iyiydi,araçla gidecekler icin arac geçişine uygun bir yerde degil ancak yakinlarda cami(hayrettin paşa camii) var onun onune veya yıkık bir kilisi vardı onun bahçesinde yada ucretli otoparka park edebilirsiniz otele cok kisa mesafede hepsi de ,sicak su ve isinma sorunu yoktu.bir gun konakladık memnun kaldık

Konum çok merkezi. Odalar temiz. Tek sorun olacak şey ses yalıtımı. Oda tarihi binada çözülecek bir konu değil sanırım. Temiz ve düzenli bir ortam sağlıyor. Odada tv buzdolabı saç kurutma mevcut.
