The Butgenbacher Lake and Gileppe Dam are both within a 35 km drive, offering scenic day trips and water activities. The villa is equipped with central heating, a fully fitted kitchen, and spacious living areas. Whether you're enjoying a summer barbecue or a cozy winter evening by the fire, this home offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes.
