The views are amazing on a sunny day. Pool looks so nice but wasn’t able to use in the cool weather. Food there is much better than the food we had in Hanoi. Staff was very nice and let us try their apple alcohol. Would have liked to stay 2 days instead of 1. Definitely go for a trek, one of the best views I’ve seen in Vietnam.

Bad experience, when I call hotel staff about my room booking through Expedia, when i about to reach the location, but they said there is no booking from Expedia for me, later many calls they said "yes" two rooms are book by the Expedia. on reach hotel they provided the room for us not the same room which we book through the Expedia, I book two standard double room but they give different room, normal without attach toilet, no safe, etc.. when i book online in Expedia Eco Garden Standard room photos was good, but hotel staff given room entirely different. Hotel staff said Expedia book normal room for us, not available other rooms which attached toilet,etc...... Expedia should be display the right room photos, correct information , etc.. when the customers booking,

Hotel correcto pero con areas a mejorar

Hotel a priori bastante bien, con unas buenas visras y piscina infinity pero que al ser invierno estaba bastante desangelado. Eramos casi los unicos clientes. Desayuno correcto y el servicio mejorable, no tenian claro si el pago de la habitacion estaba realizado y se nos cayó en la ducha el dispensador de gel (las baldas estan bastante mal posicionadas en el baño) lo cual se rompió y nos lo hicieron pagar. No fue en si el coste pero si el detalle de como lo hicieron y el coste. Comimos por casi el mismo importe dos personas. En fin a mejorar porque un hotel vacío genera poca confianza

Die Zimmer waren schön groß, nett eingerichtet und sauber. Durch die Verwendung von Holz (Bambus) im Feuchtraum gab es leider Schimmel in den Räumen und es riecht leicht muffig. Die Bettwäsche wies leider den ein oder anderen nicht identifizierbaren Fleck auf. Das Essen im Restaurant war wirklich ausgezeichnet und von den Preisen her angemessen. Der Pool ist traumhaft und sauber Die Lage ist wunderschön und herrlich ruhig. Ein toller Platz zum Entspannen und Wandern

Great place but to many daily tours coming by

The hotel is in a superb mountain area. The area is really you imagine of Vietnam. Rice fieldd. Wooden houses nice people. The resort is very nice and they try to let you feel at home. The resort has only a couple of rooms but theh are expandinf so there were construction activities but they did not give any problem. The only thing is that the place is visited during daytime bu a lot of tours that have lunch or a drink at the resort. This makes the place very busy and less relaxed. The pool area is than noisy and crowded and they even sat on our patio. We talked to the staff about this and set security at the gate, but still a lot of bookings of daily tours were in the restaurant.

Quelle belle surprise en arrivant ! L'écolodge est encore mieux que sur les photos. La chambre et la piscine permettent une bonne détente après des randonnées. A recommander pour un séjour avec deux enfants.

Amazing location, smoke filled farmlands.

Dorm room was extremely inexpensive. Got a free Vietnamese dancing group performance (tip them tho). Shame they dont offer something in betweek the dorm and the luxury rooms. Locals burn a lot of rice plant leftovers, made my throat sore overnight and you kind of sleep in the smoke... still an amazing location and even got breakfast included. All kinds of valley tours available for moderate prices.
