1.Not good for business travellers as there is no desk in the room; 2. Room temp is not changable (Central A/C). One will need to wear a jacket in thw room 3. Most staff don't speak English 4. The hotel is very new and very clean

No better option in the area

Itโ€™s nice because itโ€™s new. And by new, I mean they remodeled an old hotel. Itโ€™s for sure the best option in Bac ninh. If Iโ€™m less busy Iโ€™d prefer to stay in Hanoi and endure the long commute. Breakfast here sucks. The bed isnโ€™t comfy. But itโ€™s newly remodeled and looks clean. Far better than other options in the area. No competition. Service is good but slow. But I guess all the staff are new and still learning. Good experience for Bac ninh, but I was hoping for more.
