Una calificación de 7 para este hotel.

No te mencionan que no arreglan la habitación diariamente. Solo cuando llegas esta limpio. Solo sacan la basura de los cestos. Amplio, cómodo con refrigerador y microondas y ciertos utensilios. Buen aire acondicionado. La televisión no es por cable y en realidad sólo se ve un canal. Bien ubicado.

Le réceptionniste a essayé de m’arnaquer, j’avais réservé une suite confort 2 lits queen au prix du jour sur expédia, ils ont tenté de me convaincre que j’avais réservé la chambre standard alors que je voyais bien qu’il avait la même information que moi sur son écran d’ordinateur... HONTE À EUX!!! Ils ont tenté de me facturer un montant supplémentaire ce que j’ai refusé. Pour cela, en tant qu’agente de voyage je déconseille fortement cet établissement qui a fait preuve de malhonnêteté. Par ailleurs, aucun service d’entretien en 3 jours, ni pour les draps, ni pour les serviettes de bain et non plus pour le papier higiénique. La chambre étant équipée d’une cuisinette, nous avons utilisé leurs installations pour cuisiner des repas simples et par la même occasion avons jetés nos déchets alimentaires et autres dans la poubelle. Il a fallu sortir nous meme les poubelles de la chambre au risque d’attirer davantage les fourmis... Je ne parlerai même pas des points positifs, à mon sens le manque d’honnêteté de leur part a complètement gâché mon expérience client. Sur les 10 hôtels réservés au Mexique pour mes voyages personnels depuis quelques années, et pour mes nombreux clients, c’est la première fois que ça arrive et c’est une grande déception.
