We had a large group - two families with many kids between the two of us. The space was perfect - plenty of beds, bathrooms, kids enjoyed the big TV at nights after their pool time. The kitchen served us well as we cooked many meals rather than going out. We just enjoyed being together and this was the perfect place. Host was very responsive to my many communications with her! Washer and dryer was so handy to have. We truly utilized every aspect of this house and it fit our needs well. There was one small snag - pool was very hot first night and second it was PERFECT temp! By our third night, it was very cool. We realized that the pool heater had quit working. When I contacted host, she promptly told me we were welcome to turn it up and told us how to, but that it would take 24 hours to heat the water back up. By the last night, kids were excited to swim. It once again was not warm. By the time we realized when the water level dips below a certain point, the heater cannot kick on, it was too late to heat the pool. We would be leaving. So 50% of our stay, we did not get to use the pool due to how chilly it was outdoors. That was disappointing. But overall, the house had so many positives and we had a great week despite that.

This property offered a great venue for our micro-wedding. There was plenty of space and bedding for everyone to enjoy themselves. The morning sunrises were stunning and made for a great backdrop for that morning coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and made for a relaxing time. We loved many of the details in the bathrooms and throughout the house, like the natural light used to add extra warm light to rooms.

This property was absolutely incredible. It was clean, in a great location (close to Kemah boardwalk), the views were spectacular, and the house is spacious. The game room with pool table and darts were great to entertain with. The backyard was even better than pictured. The pool was already heated when we arrived. The host was easy to communicate with and super friendly. I highly recommend this property if you are looking in the area.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Our family gathered for five days. For two of those days, there was a rare weather event that kept us indoors. There was no shortage of activities. We all hung out in the game room, playing foosball, pool, dominoes, and other games. Monica was quick to respond when we had an issue. Looking forward to staying here again when the weather warms up so we can better enjoy the pool and the fishing pier.

Paradise house is a beautiful clean fun place to be

This home is gorgeous! 5 bedrooms and so many beds beautiful pool, jacuzzi tubs, full kitchen with the basic appliances (2 ovens) gas stove. My bedding was so soft. The ac’s work fantastic! We fished off the doc every night. Outdoor grills, outdoor rockers. The host was amazing and available quick if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here. We will be booking for next year this week. We plan on going back every year she’s leasing. We made phenomenal memories here this week. Thank you so much!

July 4TH weekend at Baycliff was a fun time for all

Our extended family had a wonderful, fun time at this spacious house. The supplied fishing equipment was a bonus. Fun shooting pool and relaxing in the pool provided lots of family fun. Spacious well equipped kitchen and outside grill made it easy to prep for meal time. We were able to see fireworks for many miles.We are already planning a possible return trip next year!

We had a great time during our stay! The pool was amazing and so nice having the pier and being able to fish. We enjoyed using the pool table! Pinball machine was not working which was not a big deal. We enjoyed playing games and cards.

Something for everyone

The pool and the fishing pier were our favorites. Everyone caught a fish, even the 4 year old! I personally enjoyed coffee on the pier watching the sunrise and a cocktail out there watching the sunset.

We had an amazing long weekend! The backyard was absolutely stunning, with plenty of seating areas to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of Galveston Bay. The provided kayaks and fishing poles were a fantastic touch, and we spent hours outside making the most of them. The backyard was so inviting that we hardly wanted to go inside!The house itself was a great size, allowing everyone in our group to spread out comfortably while also offering cozy spaces to come together. We had a blast playing games and watching movies at night. The host was incredibly responsive, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.We’re already looking forward to staying here again. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Part 2 of our spring break getaway

We started at a different house in Galveston Island where communication was difficult. (Different owner and only relevant for comparison) We had 11 people and everyone was very comfortable. Our group had kids 5 years old to our 71 year old mom. Everyone had something to do, somewhere to sleep, and everything worked great. Monica at this rental was more than responsive, she was proactive. The house is beautiful and the location was perfect.

Wonderful seaside house

Great house, plenty of room for the 11 people in our family. The house was clean and well kept. Comfortable beds, and big bathrooms. Great location for the ocean, NASA, and Houston activities, or just hanging around and enjoying the sea, pool, and patio. Definitely would stay again! Thanks for the great vacation Monica.

hows was nice.

overall was a good stay. We picked it for the fishing dock but did not find out until arriving that the water was so low it didn't reach the dock during the day so that was a disappointment. but overall was comfortable and convenient.

Everything was very very nice, but if the weather would’ve cooperated Saturday and Sunday would’ve been the perfect get away. The wind 💨 was very high and we couldn’t enjoy the pool , because of the cool weather , but it’s ok Thanks. I hope that we left everything in better condition than what it was.

San Leon house on the bay

We had a wonderful time. The house was as described. Very clean. Plenty of room. Used the pool every day. My son fished out on the pier. The game room was fun. The communication with the owner was excellent. They were so nice. We would definitely recommend this place to other.
