My family and I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel and we had a great time. The staff was warm and accomodating. The hotel is very convenient as it is connected to SM mall which had anything we needed. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Stay was Ok but was disappointed with the service I booked online 2 rooms 4 adults &1 child with breakfast but when we went for breakfast we are asked to pay for child breakfast because she said in their list is only 2 adults each room so I show yhem my booking confirmation it says 4 adults and 1 child ang I explained to them that the room with child I paid more compare to the room with only 2 adults. Still they did not considered and let us pay. For me it’s understandable that if the room is booked for 2 adults and a child with breakfast the child is included. The reception ladies did not go out their way to asked their manager instead they told me to complain to expedia. So my booking confirmation online they did not considered. Also its not nice to look at that in the breakfast room they allowed people in their pyjamas to go in and have breakfast there was no dress code.

Awesome swimming pool and helpful bartenders. Buffet Breakfast was adequate. Room was roomy but no air vent in bathroom so smells would linger in the room for awhile. Hotel entrance to the big mall! Overall good stay.
