The most Uncomfortable beds and pillows! Guest and staff were inconsiderate of respecting people’s resting hours. People talking very loud outside along the hallways. Cleaning personnel were loud chatting outside our room everyday and guest letting their kids run along the hallway like it was their playpen!

The reception staff didn’t tell me about ongoing construction at the hotel until after she process my payment. She then tells me to expect loud construction noises starting at 8:30am and going all day. Also, the pool is closed for construction and she doesn’t say anything until after payment is received and no refund available. Outlet plugs in room not working and cannot adjust aircon unless you call facilities repair man. Very disappointing service for a very expensive hotel, do not recommend
