The cozy holiday home offers three bedrooms, a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave, a washing machine, and a bathroom with shower. Relax on the terrace and enjoy peaceful moments outdoors. A playground is located nearby for children. As guests, you can go hiking, fishing (please obtain a permit from the local authorities), or simply unwind in the garden. The house accommodates up to six people and was renovated in 2023. All our holiday homes feature mobile internet with stable connections, ideal for working remotely or streaming movies and music. Please note: Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request for an extra charge. You will receive the key code after booking. All TVs in the holiday park have been upgraded to digital for better picture and sound quality. Several parking spaces and two e-charging stations are available in the park. Facilities also include a playground, barbecue area (note: only electric grills are allowed according to park regulations and are not provided by the house), tennis court, table tennis, and mini golf. In nearby Bad Arolsen (approx. 5 km), you will find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, doctors, pharmacies, a hospital, Bad Arolsen Castle, and the year-round "Arobella" swimming pool. A spa and tourism tax applies year-round in Bad Arolsen; you will receive more information after booking. An additional visitor’s tax must be paid on site.
