Easy check in, quiet. AC and heat worked fine. Bed and pillows were comfortable. My room appeared to be quite clean and tidy. but had a musty odor even after running the ac so I don’t know if there’s a mold /mildew issue that’s not visible. I did not use the pool or eat the free b-fast so I can’t comment on those amenities. Overall, it was a decent value.

Okay, first there was a disconnect between Hotels.com and the hotel, because I had confirmation of reserving two rooms, but they only had me reserving one. No big deal, they had extra rooms available. In the one room, the TV didn't work. They couldn't seem to fix it, so gave us a different room. I felt bad though, because I later realized I'd left my phone charger in the original room, so had to get the front desk guy to come open the room for me. He was very nice about it! But, then we come to the breakfast. After looking at the limited options, we decided to find breakfast elsewhere.

We will not be returning

Our HS softball team has stayed here for over 8 yrs and we hang out in the lobby in the evening. Tbis year with new staff they tried to hush us and kick us out of the lobby after 5 mins, it was only 6pm. We werent having it especially since it was not notified that the pool was shut down. Our players were mad about this and bored. We only went there for the pool. We will no longer use this hotel moving forward.

i paid extra for a hotel with a pool at check tn we were informed the pool is closed for the near future. i was not offered a discount. i paid for an extra guest but only had 2 towels. they never came in for room service to at least exchange towels and remove trash. trash in parking lot needed addressed. the overall hotel was dated from drapes to carpet. i wiill not stay there again!!!

No not again

We were told when arriving we couldn't use the pool or hot tub. Which we wanted to treat our two great grandchildren to. We found the lobby as very dark and not inviting (trying to save on light bill ?)We asked for a king, however one side of the mattress had a big lump in it. Wife was very uncomfortable. Our room heater made awful noises and sounded like it was going to fall apart. Noticed that lamps very old and not useful with no plugs or ports for today's devices, had to get on floor to reach plugs. Did not try contennial breakfast and no decafe coffee. Most likely won't stay again, because Holiday inn offers so much more for about $30 to 40 more.
