The holiday home Villa Sand is located in Bad Emstal and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental features a private covered terrace for relaxing evenings.
The property is located within a short walking distance of supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants, an ice cream parlour and a bus stop. In addition, Lake Edersee, Lake Twistesee and Kassel can be reached in 30 minutes by car.
3 parking spaces are available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street.
Pets, smoking and large events are not allowed.
With its Victorian style charm, the recently renovated holiday home is especially suitable for family gatherings. Minimum stay between 2 and 4 days, depending on the season.
