Our newly renovated apartment is on the 15th. Floor and has a spacious balcony - you look directly into the Harz forests. With Wi-Fi, flat screen TV and stereo you are technically well equipped. The new box spring bed and the high-quality sofa bed offer comfortable sleeping possibilities for up to 4 persons. A generous living-dining area with a comfortable sitting area, a loving equipment and ample storage space for your luggage contribute to the fact that you immediately feel comfortable with us. In the first of the storey of the same building section & # 150; and comfortable to reach with bathrobe & # 150; is the free wellness area with swimming pool, two saunas and fitness room. A free-use underground parking space is also part of the apartment.

Quiet location - right on the edge - and yet centrally. You only 5 minutes walk to the park (multigenerational playground) and the thermal bath and in 10 minutes in the pedestrian area. Nearby you can take the cable car to the Great Castle Hill, but of course, can be migrated to this also. Once at the top, you can enjoy the magnificent view of Bad Harzburg. The newly built hotel with restaurant, invites you to dine or have a snack. With the treetop path newly built in 2015, we have one more attraction to offer in Bad Harzburg. This is within walking distance from the hotel. There are also the new tree root path and water adventure trail.

Das Apartment ist schön, leider riecht es stark nach alten Leuten. Ebenfalls riecht das Badezimmer stark nach Urin, wenn es durchs Duschen zu einer erhöhten Luftfeuchtigkeit kommt.Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, inkl Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle und Toaster. Ein Ofen ist nicht vorhanden.Es gibt ein Radio und einen kleinen Fernseher mit vielen Sendern. Das WLAn im Apartment ist eine 16000er Leitung mit der man gut streamen kann. Der Balkon ist sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Am Morgen zieht der Nebel über die Berge.Der Pool ist leider sehr kalt und die Poolanlage ist überklebt von dutzenden Hinweisschilder bzw. Unterschiedlichen Verboten. Der Saunabereich hat 2 Saunen, wobei die heißere Sauna von älteren Herren dauerbelegt wurde sodass wir nur in die Buosauna mit 65 Grad gehen könnten, diese war aber ganz gut. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr alt und in die Jahre gekommen, dies ist zum Glück nicht in der Wohnung der Fall, beim Ankommen wird man von den 3 Betontürmen aber sehr erschlagen. Das Parken ist einfach nur Chaos pur, dar die Bewohner und Reisenden auch nach erfolgter Katarakt OP die Linien der Parkplätze nicht mehr sehen können sodass man teils ein ganzes Stück laufen muss.

Schöne Wohnung, tolles Schwimmbad

Die Wohnung ist einfach und praktisch,aber gemütlich. Sehr sauber, das Schwimmbad hervorragend,auch sehr sauber.Der Ort und die Umgebung als Ausgangspunkt für Aktivurlaub mit Hund bieten viele Möglichkeiten.

Sehr hübsch und modern eingerichtete kleine Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab eine gut riechende Seife zum mitnehmen für die Großen Feriengäste und zwei Leckerchen als Willkommensgruß für die kleinen haarigen Gäste. Es ist alles bis auf einen Backofen da. Sogar Alufolie, Frischhaltefolie, Papierwischrolle, Toilettenpapier, Salz, Zucker, Pfeffer... Das Wohnzimmer war dezent herbstlich dekoriert. Einfach toll und einladend ! Weiter so ! Daß die Sauna nur an bestimmten Tagen auf hat und man keinen Aufguss machen kann ist eine Einschränkung mit der man sich arrangieren kann. Die Therme wenige Minuten entfernt ist nicht teuer und bietet eine große Saunavielfalt. Die Garage ist nichts für breite Autos mit langem Radstand wie unserem Omega Kombi. Draußen haben wir aber auch immer einen Platz gefunden.
