This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and cafes. Though it isn't near the Christmas market (our primary reason for the trip), it is near enough that we were quite happy. The room itself is HUGE. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also perfect. The heated floors added to the enjoyment, since winter can prove to be a bit chilly. The check in was super easy and fast, though I was a little confused when i didn't receive my email. However, a quick phone call to the hotel number resolved that issue satisfactorily. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stop over on bike tour. Check in with codes to doors sent by email. Didn't work on door at first but realised needed to wait a couple of seconds. My email said our room was on floor EG which I guessed was ground floor but no signs indicating this. Room was nice and a good size. Although the bed broke we managed to take it apart and fix it. Shower fantastic. Towels were a little tatty. English speaking channel on tv would be nice. Not much in immediate area for shops and restaurants. Secure and plentiful parking.

Mir hat insgesamt alles super gut gefallen, besonders, dass alles kontaktlos ablief. Das war sehr angenehm und modern gelöst. Allerdings gab es beim Frühstück eine unschöne Situation: Die Frühstücksdame hat unseren Namen laut vor allen Gästen genannt, was aus Datenschutzsicht nicht in Ordnung war, und uns außerdem vor allen darauf hingewiesen, dass angeblich kein Frühstück gebucht sei. Das war sehr unangenehm. Wir haben deshalb im Nachbarhotel gefrühstückt – im Nachhinein wurde uns das Frühstück aber korrekt gutgeschrieben. Vielleicht hatte die Dame einfach einen stressigen Morgen, aber für Gäste sollte so etwas diskreter und professioneller ablaufen.

Veel problemen gehad maar vriendelijk personeel

Staffless hotel. Geen code gekregen voor aankomst. Kamer had geen batch en deur naar balkon werkte niet. Heb gratis upgrade gekregen met ontbijd ter comoensatievoor de problemen. Vriendelijke man die mij heeft verdergeholpen.

Séjour agréable et relaxant!

Le premier abord peut inquiéter car il n’y a personne à l’accueil! Tout fonctionne avec code. Mais tout est bien organisé, les codes sont reçus par mail et watshapp. L’accueil téléphonique est disponible H24! Le SPA est un centre thermal indépendant. On peut y passer la journée pour 25€! Excellent! Le jardin à la japonaise juste à côté de l’hôtel est relaxant!

Schönes Hotel ohne sichtbares Personal, d.h. nur Online-Check-in mit Zusendung von Codes für due Eingangs- und Zimmertür. Für uns in Ordnung, aber ältere Menschen ohne Smart-Phone könnten überfordert sein. Verwirrend für mich war, dass man mit der Online-Bezahlung der Kurtaxe zeitgleich ausgecheckt war. Das sollte in 2 Prozess-Schritten möglich sein.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Kurpark. Es gibt tatsächlich nichts auszusetzen. Der Self-Service beim Einchecken hat problemlos funktioniert. Nur die Einfahrt zu den kostenlosen Parkplätzen ist spannend, kommen Sie besser nicht mit einem tiefergelegten Fahrzeug.
