Apartment "HAGEBUTZE" with swimming pool and sauna

The “HAGEBUTZE” apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building in the quiet Bad Lauterberg in the Harz region. A free parking lot is available to our guests directly in front of the building. The lovingly furnished apartment is approximately 28 square meters. In 2018 it was renovated at the highest level and equipped with new furniture. This is suitable for 2 - 3 people. Free WiFi is of course also available to our guests in the apartment. In addition to the rent, there is a one-off cleaning fee of € 30. The open-plan dining area with an adjoining balcony with a wonderful mountain view has an integrated kitchenette with a ceramic hob, oven with microwave and a fridge with freezer. We are happy if our guests use our cezve (Turkish mocha pot), the pot set, the pans and the kettle. The usual kitchen utensils such as baking paper, aluminum foil, cling film, kitchen roll paper, spices, cooking oil, salt, coffee, sugar, potholders and garbage bags are of course also available to our guests. In the studio apartment there are two chaise longues with a sleeping function (160x200 cm) and a corner couch with a sleeping function (140x200 cm), which are wonderfully suitable for sleeping. For hot and sunny days we have an awning on the balcony that gives cool shade. The bathroom is separately equipped with its own hot shower, sink and toilet. There you will find fresh towels and the usual bathing utensils such as shampoo, soap and toilet paper. In the basement there is a swimming pool, a sauna and a hobby room with a table tennis table (rackets and table tennis balls are available in the apartment) and a sports fitness device. All of the house facilities just mentioned can be used free of charge by our guests every day (only the sauna can be used free of charge on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.). In the “HAGEBUTZE” you will also find the information sheet with lots of information and suggestions for the correct use of the residential area and the surrounding area. The spa itself is located in the middle of the Harz Mountains in the nature reserve and is surrounded by forests, mountains and natural water sources. In Bad Lauterberg you can relax and do something for your health. In this modern, state-approved Kneipp spa and holiday resort there is everything that promotes your recovery and brings you relaxation. Our apartment “HAGEBUTZE” is located in the middle of this Kneipp spa. The center of Bad Lauterberg is only a 15-minute walk from our apartment, where you will find various shopping opportunities, health clinics, restaurants and entertainment options. At the heart of the place, events and traditional events ensure cultural pleasure and a good atmosphere. Enjoy the fresh mountain air in these charming towns and let yourself go. Bad Lauterberg also offers countless options for active vacationers. To be able to hold the key for your holiday apartment in your hands, you must remove it from the key box. You will find this box if you walk past on the right from the parking lot side at the house entrance, where the bell bar is located, to find the other entrance to the house on the opposite side, where the key box hangs on the wall. The number code is communicated separately.
