You have access to 2 shared parking spaces on the property and a communal charging station for electric cars (on request). Events are not permitted. Please note that video and audio recordings are made in non-private areas such as the driveway, courtyard, and other parts of the grounds. A tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away.



The property is well connected: 5 minutes to the A61, 10 minutes to the A565. The Red Wine Trail passes right by the house. Bad Neuenahr and the train station are about 2 km away; bus stops are 150 m and 350 m away in Heppingen. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee. The hosts live on site, but not in the booked house.
