Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Man sieht der Wohnung zwar ihr alter an, aber es ist alles top gepflegt und sauber. Sehr zu empfehelen. Direkt hinterm Haus kann an in den Wald spazieren und die Ruhe genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aoch in direkter Nähe.Sehr netter Vermieter. Uneingeschränkt zu empfeheln.

Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, aber es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten. i) Unzureichende Kissen - nur Kissenbezüge wurden zur Verfügung gestellt, keine echten Kissen und nur 1 pro Bett. ii) Die Küche war nicht richtig ausgestattet, dh nur keine Tassen 1 Geschirr, keine Mikrowelle usw. ... iii) das Haus sollte rauchfrei sein, aber die Gäste in der Einheit darunter waren 24-Stunden-Kettenraucher, die auf dem Balkon unter unserem Balkon rauchten, wodurch unser Balkon praktisch unbrauchbar und die Fenster nicht zu öffnen waren.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit appartement. Het was ruim voor onze groep van 5 en de keuken was goed uitgerust. Door de locatie konden we makkelijk de wijngaarden en nabijgelegen steden verkennen. Het enige nadeel was dat de verwarming even nodig had om op te warmen, maar al met al was het een geweldig verblijf!

Haus ist sehr geräumig. Etwas veraltet, vor allem die Badezimmer, aber sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung (Geschirr, Pfannen, etc.) ist sehr komplett. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon, der auch eine Markise hat. Schön, dass es 2 Bäder mit jeweils einer Toilette gibt. Betten waren bei Ankunft bezogen, Handtücher vorhanden. Der Empfang ist nicht sehr herzlich, es wurden wenig Informationen gegeben und selbst während unseres Aufenthalts konnten wir nicht mit dem Besitzer sprechen, der im Haus nebenan wohnt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und es gibt viele Ausflüge und Spaziergänge.

Große Terrasse und Balkon mit Stühlen und Markise. Schöne Aussicht !! Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es keinen Geschirrspüler gibt.2 Supermärkte (Pennymarkt), die im nahe gelegenen Oppenau bis 21.00 Uhr geöffnet haben.Fijn-Schwimmbad in Bad-Peterstal mit kostenlosen Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen und viel Schatten. Freier Eintritt mit Konuskarte.Vom Dorf aus viele Wanderungen von /- 2 Stunden, leicht und mittelschwer. Broschüre in der Hütte vorhanden Genug Ausflüge in die Umgebung: Experimenta in Freudenstadt, Rodelbahn in Gutach, Europapark, Straßburg, Wolfs- und Bärenpark, Allerheiligenwasserfälle.
