Kein persönliches Check-in (Automat), keine Parkplätze vom Hotel, Badezimmer nicht sauber gereinigt (Haare an den Fliessen), abgelaufene Guetsli auf dem Bett, Frühstück muss selbst gemacht werden. Kein Personal weit und breit. Definitiv zu teuer für null Service.

Ich fand das b_smart Konzept grandios. Die Unterkunft war einfach aber es war alles da, was man brauchte. Das Frühstück war super. Sehr professionelles Konzept und Einrichtung. Bravo! Zu empfehlen für Kurzaufenthalt.

Kein Personal vor Ort, was zwar an sich unproblematisch ist, aber dazu führt, dass keine Möglichkeit zur Gepäckaufbewahrung besteht. Ansonsten sauber und alles ok

Sehr zentral gelegen, ältere Zimmer, sanft renoviert, sehr kleines Badezimmer, Self check in und Self Frühstück, aber alles gut😁

Sauber, alles gut funktioniert, bis auf das Einchecken zu Beginn. Ist unpersönlich, kein Personal zu sehen, kein Schmuck, keine Bilder, alles sehr funktional. Nur ein Stuhl im Zimmer ist zu wenig. Frühstück ausgezeichnet.
