We liked the property , it has rustic look and feel. Excellent breakfast with nice variety. Staff front desk very helpful. I would add some kettle and coffee maker in the room . Beds are comfortable. There are no shampoos and conditioners provided for the guests use. In general we had satisfactory experience.

We were greeted at check in with a glass of prosecco each before going to the room. The room was a family room which provided a very spacious bedroom and seperate living room with a sofa bed. The spa facilities were absolutely beautiful and being located so close to the car park for us was ideal. Pet friendly and the area of Bad Reichenhall is absolutely stunning. We would stay in this hotel again tomorrow if we could. Loved it.

Hotel is in a lovely spot with excellent transport links. It is in Bavaria and two trains away from Salzburg. We managed this well however it might not suit some. Excellent breakfasts and fantastic walking, i would go again.

What was unique was the peaceful surroundings and mountain views. Staff was unusually helpful, pleasant and polite. Manuella at the desk always greeted us with a smile and deserves 5 stars fro her service. What I did not like was the hotel has a laundry service for an exhorbitant rate. They should just find a place and install self srvice machines, as then people would plan longer stays there because the peace and tranquility that comes from the mountain views is super amazing.

Nice hotel but don't ask for peanuts.

Everything was great, friendly staff, room, pillows and breakfast. But when I asked for some peanuts together with my beer I discovered that the 2 small handfull portions I received were billed for 3.60 euro's, more expensive then my beer! Buy your peanuts at the supermarket.

Very nice hotel

Overall, it's a very nice hotel. The in-room fridge was not obvious to me and I didn't find it until my second day. No coffee maker or kettle in the room and the machine in the lobby for coffee is not self-service. Good location for the railway station, cafes and grocery stores. Staff friendly and spoke good English.

Pleasant stay with some confusing charges.

Some charges such as the pet charge are currently slightly out of date. On hotels.com it claims 10€ a night, in person 12.5€ a night and on the bill 15€ a night. While parking is clearly stated it does seem a little expensive. The room was quite nice with a very modern bathroom. The view from our window was lovely and having AC is always a plus. Updated TV's would make the rooms even better (bring a hdmi cable or Chromecast). The restaurant was brilliant both breakfast and dinner there was supprisingly delightful. The pool and sauna were lovely when quite and the salt room was incredibly pretty with the water dripping down the branches!

The hotel was great, as usual, especially the breakfast. Just one thing - I used to be able to charge my rental electric car in the parking garage. This was not possible due to technical issues. The charging station was out of order, with no information as to when this would be fixed. Please fix asap. Thanks, Mike Koehler

Insgesamt war das Hotel sehr gut. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es gab viel Auswahl. Die Lage war auch sehr gut, da direkt neben an ein Aldi und ein Dm waren. Sauberkeit war auch okay. Leider ist das Hotel jedoch Renovierungsbedürftig bzw. die Zimmer sind sind relativ alt. Der Wellness Bereich war auch sehr gut. Jedoch ist die Sauna wirklich sehr klein. Insgesamt trotzdem eine Empfehlung!!
