Lage Top, aber leider Baulärm im Haus, keine Info VOR Buchung/Anreise darüber

Das Objekt befindet sich in einem Altbau unweit der Innenstadt und liegt somit sehr zentral. Alle wichtigen Läden sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und hatte die notwendige Austattung (Föhn, Küche etc.), leider war im Inserat vorab nicht zu erkennen, dass es nur ein 1,40m Bett beinhaltet, somit ist es eher für 1 Person ausgelegt. Zu unserem Bedauern hatten wir leider täglich zu unterschiedlichsten Zeiten (tlw. 10-19 Uhr, auch sonntags) Sanierungslärm aus einer Wohnung im gleichen Haus, worüber wir erst am Anreisetag eine kurze Info erhalten haben. Wir hätten uns einen Hinweis VOR Buchung im Inserat dazu gewünscht, da wir die Buchung unter diesen Umständen nicht getätigt hätten. Nach unserer vorzeitigen Abreise und Mitteilung hätten wir uns ein Entgegenkommen der Vermieterin gewünscht, was leider ausfiel. Wir würden die Wohnung ohne Baulärm und mit entsprechender Transparenz durchaus erneut buchen.
