Tolles Haus, super Lage

Das Haus ist super gelegen. Man kann zu Fuß nach Bad Reichenhall reinlaufen und auch alles Weitere, wie Einkäufe, zu Fuß erledigen. Das Haus ist liebevoll und sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten dort eine super Zeit!

Mangelhaftes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Die Wohnung konnte man von Innen nicht abschliessen. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist vom Wohnbereich nicht mit einer Tür abgetrennt, diese Information hätten wir uns in der Beschreibung gewünscht. Die Matratzen in den Einzelbetten waren unbequem, weich und durchgelegen. Die helle Couch war fleckig, nicht zum Sitzen einladend. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hat unserer Meinung nach nicht gestimmt.

Wochenende in Bad Reichenhall

Der Aufenthalt war kurz und die Unterkunft für unsere Zwecke ausreichend. Einziges Manko war die nicht funktionierende Internetleitung und das leider damit einhergehende nicht funktionierende Fernsehprogramm. Allerdings war der Kontakt schnell mit dem Vermieter hergestellt, der auch versucht hat zu helfen.

Uriges Grundstück, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt, vor allem wegen des Raumangebotes und der guten Lage. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung ist liebevoll, gepflegt und technisch einwandfrei. Das Treppenhaus ist nicht so der Knaller, aber darüber kann man hinwegsehen. Die Stiege in der Wohnung zum ersten Stock erfordert ein gewisses Maß an körperlicher Flexibilität. Den Garten fanden wir romantisch, auch ein bisserl wild, die kleine Sauna darin hat gut funktioniert. Wer hier Urlaub macht, findet das Gegenteil von "alles durchgestyled", und wir mochten es genau so, wie wir es vorfanden. Den Gastgeber lernten wir nur telefonisch kennen, er war sehr nett und auch im E-Mail-Kontakt sehr hilfsbereit und auskunftsfreudig.

wunderbarer Familienurlaub in gemütlicher Ferienwohnung

mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern haben wir uns in der gemütlich eingerichteten kinderfreundlichen Ferienwohnung auf 2 Ebenen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt - sogar eine Sauna im verwunschenen Garten konnten wir nutzen. Tolle Lage in der Altstadt, Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbrereit und hat auf Fragen immer prompt reagiert und weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schön und sehr alternativ

Der Eingangsbereich ist nicht einladend. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön. Und war für unseren Kurztrip total ok. Sauna war auch schön. Nur der Weg im Dunkeln ist recht halsbrecherisch. Wir fühlten uns ein wenig wie Pippi Langstrumpf in der Villa Kunterbunt. Die Kinder fanden es spannend mit den Hühnern und dem alten Wohnwagen-Spielhaus. Es war eine schöne Zeit. Das Haus hat aber noch viel Arbeit (Renovierung) vor sich.
