In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Bad St. Leonhard Moosweg (West)" 14.9 km, bathing lake "Längssee" 35 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 600 m, slopes 300 m, ski rental 300 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn, Klettergarten 2 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavanttaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. According to the provider, Wi-Fi reception cannot be guaranteed at all times due to the mountain location and is highly dependent on the weather. schöne moderne Unterkunft

Alles OK. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Haus hat eine tolle Ausstattung. Hat nur einen Parkplatz etwas wenig für ein Haus für 8 Personen.

Praktisches Chalet in traumhafter Umgebung

Das Chalet war sehr gemütlich! Die Küche war sehr sehr gut ausgestattet und es war sehr angenehm dass zwei Badezimmer vorhanden waren! Die einzigen zwei Dinge die ich erwähnen muss, ist dass der Müll (draußen die Tonne) komplett voll war als wir angekommen sind und die Duschen im Voraus schon verstopft waren! Als wir den Deckel entfernt haben hat uns ein bisschen der Schlag getroffen, das muss unbedingt gereinigt werden! Sonst war‘s wirklich wirklich schön! Würde ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Schönes Haus, aber leider sehr hellhörig

An und für sich schönes Haus und gute Lage. Küche super ausgestattet. Aber extrem hellhörig. Wenn ein Kind sich im Schlaf umdreht, pumpert es im Nebenzimmer an der Wand. Wenn man in der Sauna sitzt, hört man Gespräche im Nebenraum. Außerdem gibt es im Winter für 8 Personen keine TrocknungsMöglichkeit fürs Schi Gewand. Ein Brötchen Service in der Früh wäre auch fein. Quartier zwar für 8 Personen, aber nur Parkplatz für ein Auto. Das 2. Auto muss irgendwie schräg davor geparkt werden.

Ein Ferienhaus für schlechtes und gutes Wetter: Große erhöhte Außenterrasse zum Draußensitzen und tollen Ausblick genießen, drinnen gemütlich mit großem Esstisch zum Klönen und Spielen und netter Kleinkindspielecke unter der Holztreppe. Die Krönung ist die Sauna. Anbindung an Wanderwege und Skigebiet in Fußentfernung.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Das Haus war sehr hübsch und sauber die Küsche super gut ausgestattet.Zu den Schlafzimmern ich habe sehr gut geschlafen! Aber Kleiderschränke sind sehr Bedürftig! Und das Kinderzimmer wo die zwei einzel Betten drin stehen ist so klein das mann da zu zweit kaum drin schlafen kann da da kein Sauerstoff im zimmer bleibt und wenn mann das Fenster öffnet zieht es direkt auf die Betten! Mülltonnen sind immer voll weil auch die Nachbarn den Müll mit reinstecken.

1 Chalet per stare bene..

Non l'abbiamo trovato subito ma una volta li siamo stati da Dio.. Casa curata, spaziosa e completa in un posto splendido. Anche il panorama è stupendo.. 1 consiglio ai prossimi ospiti: Fate la spesa prima di venire su e starete veramente bene..
