The holiday apartment 'Auszeit Brunner' with step-free interior in Bad Tölz is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones. The 82 m² apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to four people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, as well as children's books and toys. The private outdoor area features a covered terrace and a gas grill.



Our holiday apartment is a place of relaxation for holidaymakers and families. Bookings by tradespeople or for business stays are not intended. Should such a booking occur, we reserve the right to cancel it and pass on any resulting costs.



You can enjoy the communal outdoor area with garden and playground. Public transport is within walking distance. The Brauneck ski area, the town of Bad Tölz, Blomberg, and Lake Tegernsee are recommended destinations and easily accessible from the apartment.



The tourist tax is to be paid on arrival in cash or by card. A parking space is available on the property, and there are also free parking spaces on the street. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are installed on the property. An e-car charging station is available and can be used for an additional fee.



Please respect the quiet hours. The accommodation has guidelines for waste separation, light- and water-saving facilities, and is partially powered by photovoltaic systems.
