I thought the place was pretty nice. Rooms are definitely a bit dated and the whole town didn't seem friendly towards tourists who don't speak German. The breakfast was great though. Saunas were nice too

Zimmer 307 sehr komfortabel, sauber und ruhig. Bett sehr bequem. Wellnessbereich ist super. Im Bar waren die Getränke und Stimmung gut. Frühstück ist sehr gut, Personal im ganzen Haus sehr freundlich. Parkplätze sind vorhanden in der Tiefgarage.

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist die Ausstattung der Zimmer leider sehr altbacken, selbst ein ordentlicher Föhn und eine anständige Klospülung scheinen Luxus zu sein der nicht auf allen Zimmern gegeben ist. WLAN war teilweise überhaupt nicht verfügbar oder sehr instabil. Personal war zwar freundlich aber nicht sehr kompetent bzw. erfahren. Vergessene oder falsche Bestellungen beim Frühstück , Unaufmerksamkeit beim Abendessen und auch leider nicht sehr präsent für etwaige Fragen. Wellness Bereich war schön aber bei genauerem Blick auch renovierungsbedürftig. Vergilbter Whirlpool, teils gelb/grüne Stellen an den Fliesen und tiefe Wasserpfützen im Saunabereich die nicht nur rutschig sind sondern auch Badetuch und Mantel durchtränken wenn man nicht aufpasst. Beschriftungen und Ausschilderungen im Saunabereich wie WC, Dusche, textilfrei etc. fehlten leider, es war eher ein erkunden. Aussicht und Ausenbereich waren sehr schön, Qualität des Essens war gut aber für 4 Sterne habe ich schon ganz anderes gesehen dringend Nachrüstungsbedarf

Die Lage ist perfekt und das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstück ebenfalls ausreichend und frisch. Das Bett sehr hart. Bei Abreise würde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir die Matratze hätten umdrehen können. Zu dem Zeitpunkt ist die Information leider zu spät. Sehr hellhöriges Zimmer, an welchem jeder vorbei musste. Ich denke, wir hatten eins der "schlechteren". Dennoch geräumig genug. Durch die vielen Aufzüge ist man sehr verwirrt, da nicht jeder überall hinführt. Durch die hohen Temperaturen konnten wir den Wellnessbereich nicht ausgiebig nutzen. Sah aber alles okay aus. Wir waren kurz im Pool, welches viel zu kalt war.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel, freundlicher Service, angenehme Wellnesslandschaft, nur die Küche 🙄: wer gerne die weich gewordenen Bratkartoffeln unter (!) dem Schnitzel hervorkratzen muss, wer panierte, nach bretthartem Pappkarton schmeckende, Poulardenbrustfilets (!) für ein "Bayerisches Backhendl" hält, wer knochentrockenen Schweinebraten mag, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Der Kaiserschmarrn war allerdings sehr gut - das hätte man der Küche nicht zugetraut.

Zimmer mit Balkon, super Sicht auf See. Frühstück gut und reichhaltig, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer in gewissen Punkten(Fenster,Türen, Schloss, Balkon) renovierungsbedürftig Abfluss in der Dusche sanierungsbedürftig, das Wasser läuft schlecht ab, staut sich und stinkt - danach stinkt es im Badezimmer, bei offener Türe im ganzen Zimmer nach Fäkalien. Trotz Reklamation konnte dies nicht behoben werden.

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Hotel direkt am See. Das Zimmer war sauber und funktional eingerichtet, das Bad modern renoviert. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt beim Zimmer wäre nur, dass es sehr hellhörig ist und man fast jedes Wort (teilweise auch das Schnarchen) von anderen Gästen hört. Im Zimmer sind Bademantel und Saunahandtuch für den sehr schön gestalteten Spa-Bereich vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, alles frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Das Restaurant am Abend habe ich nicht genutzt. Auf jeden Fall eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Gemütliches Hotel in Top-Lage, fantastisches Frühstück, sehr gutes Spa, Budget Zimmer sehr sauber, etwas älter aber top im Schuss mit Ausnahme des Badezimmers … dieses hat im Vergleich zum restlichen Hotel eher den Charm einer 80er Jahre Jugendherberge gehabt (insbesondere der an der Föhn hat Museumscharakter) Zusammengefasst: tolles Hotel mit leichten Abzügen in der B-Note
