Am Anreisetag wurden wir freundlich empfangen. 3 von 4 Armbänder f¨r die Thermen waren jedoch nicht aktiviert, so mussten wir zurück zum Empfang. Da war die erste Enttäuschung schon da. Das Personal, welches beim Frühstück bediente, war unfreundlich. Wir fühlten uns da nicht wohl. Die Zimmer waren sauber, wir haben den guten Kaffee und die Äpfel genossen. Dies hat unseren Aufenthalt verbessert. Bad Zurzach, die Thermen werden wir in guter Erinnerung behalten.

Sehr gute Gastronomie!

Das Gastro-Angebot war sehr gut, ebenso der dortige Service ! Freundlich und kompetent. Die Rezeption war unprofessionell , unpräzise mit vielen Abwesenheiten. Ich war öfters früher Gast, als Diplomat und mit Gästen ,mit "besserer Wertschätzung"!! Z.B. : Meine Frau hatte Geburtstag; ein Blumensträusschen wäre schön gewesen. So gewinnt man heute, auch in schwierigen Zeiten,weiterhin Stammgäste.Trotzdem: Wir kommen demnächst wieder !!!!

Ein gemütliches Hotel mit direcktem Zugang (gegen Aufpreis) zu einem Thermalbad. Schönes und gemühtliches Zimmer mit Blick auf einen schönen Teich roten Fischen und vielen Fröschen die leider viel zu laut wahren und das Tag und leider auch Nachts, dass natürlich sehr unangenehm war. Aus diesem Grund kann ich das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Erholung in Bad Zurzach

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber. Die Betten bequem und es hatte einen Balkon. Der Zugang zu der Therme Bad Zurzach war toll und der eigentliche Grund für unseren Aufenthalt, wir konnten uns entspannen und erholen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, das Abendessen war gut aber zu teuer, da hat für uns das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht gestimmt.
