Quarto muito moderno e muito limpo quanto a isso nada a apontar. Viajamos com uma criança de 3 anos e por esse motivo escolhemos este hotel com opção de meia pensão, para ser mais confortável para a família. No entanto tentámos ir jantar no restaurante no hotel e foi impossível. Imenso tempo de espera, pedimos uma água e apesar de esperarmos meia hora nem a água trouxeram. Não compreendemos como funcionava a meia pensão, porque percebemos que o restaurante estava aberto ao público em geral e entregaram-nos um menu com preços e ninguém nos conseguiu explicar o que devíamos pedir. Fomos à receção pedir esclarecimentos e disseram-nos que havia um menu específico para o regime de meia pensão (sem preços e só com os pratos que estavam incluídos), mas depois voltámos ao restaurante e ninguém sabia nisso e não nos souberam esclarecer. Sentimo-nos completamente ingorados e apesar de estarmos cansados acabámos por ter de ir jantar noutro sítio.

Estancia en familia. Alojamiento durante 3 noches en el puente de mayo. Hotel totalmente recomendable. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, limpio y nuevo. Tiene piscina pero estaba cerrada. Personal de recepción, amable. La habitación (dúplex): Muy espaciosa, limpia y con un baño arriba genial (aseo abajo) y la cama muy cómoda. Amenites incluidos kit de peine, cepillo de dientes. para limpiar el calzado, gorro de ducha... Champú y acondicionador de pelo. Mobiliario nuevo, es como se ve en la descripción. Terraza (2) amplia con mesa y un asiento muy cómodo. Barandillas altas (bueno si vas con niños). Restaurante: comedor con asientos tipo sofá, muy cómodo. Buena comida en el desayuno. Buena atención y la comida rica. Quizá un poco lento (la cena no era buffet libre). Personal amable. La zona del buffet: quizá es un poco estrecho el pasillo, uno de los días el hotel tenía bastante ocupación y eso se notaba para poder coger la comida y porque se agotaba muy rápido. Había que esperar un poco para que pudieran reponer. También he de decir que fue un momento en el que el comedor se llenó. Aparcamiento: justo debajo. Plazas amplias, buena entrada y salida (12 euros diarios de pago). Ubicación: no está en el centro. Si viajas con niños, está cerca de un parque fluvial junto al río Guadiana con muchos columpios, canchas deportivas, pista para correr, andar en bici... ¿Qué podría mejorar? Posibilidad de carta de almohadas. Ampliar el espacio para colgar la ropa. Lo recomiendo.
