No outside areas to sit. Restaurant staff very good but too few cooks and servers. Long waits for seating and longer waits for food. Long lines to get in and many guests turned away .

I am a senior with some difficulty with stairs (I am still able to manoeuvre) was given a room on the main floor but there were still stairs involved. I would say there is a growing number of seniors still travelling. Did not see in your website where stairs or no elevator was mentioned.

The inn is conveniently located, and is clean. The place is in serious need of update. Hallway carpet is well worn, and very limited service e in the off-season

Clean and comfortable rooms with everything you need. I must mention though, we stayed during low season so amenities were limited. The restaurant was closed. Coin operated laundry was closed and the ice machine was not operating. Needs convenient store is so close that it is almost in the parking lot and you can see the local pizza shop from your room window so still lots of options. I do love the location and coziness of this hotel even with limited amenities.
