Located just 15 km from Vannes and Auray, and less than 5 km from the first beaches, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the treasures of the Gulf of Morbihan, such as Île aux Moines or Île Berder.



Pass through the front door and discover a pleasant living space with access to the terrace. The kitchen, open and modern, is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and offers everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker are at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people, or enjoy the one outside on fine days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, by the fireplace, comfortably settled in the sofas facing the television.



The accommodation has 3 bedrooms. The first, on the ground floor, is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) and has direct access to the garden. Upstairs, you will find on one side a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and its en-suite bathroom with adjoining WC, and on the other side a bedroom with a trundle bed (90x190 cm), perfect for children, as well as a mezzanine space with a sofa bed (140x190 cm).



The main bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hairdryer and a toilet.



A washing machine, a high chair, an iron and an ironing board are also at your disposal.
