Attention, guaranteed heartwarming! Located in Baden, at Port-Blanc, this American-inspired house enjoys an exceptional location. Here, the nautical spectacle is breathtaking and the large bay windows of the living room allow you to enjoy it to the fullest. A very exclusive setting in a private park with no through traffic. The house, very welcoming, will be the ideal base for spending a memorable holiday and discovering the region under the best conditions, with family or friends.
Here life operates on the same level. This house consists of a vast, fully glazed common room facing the sea, incorporating the living room and dining area, an independent kitchen, two bedrooms with a 160cm bed and a 140cm bed, and a traversing sleeping area with a 90cm bed. A bathroom and toilet complete the layout of the dwelling. Here, facing the Île-aux-Moines, the parade of boats is captivating.
The maritime cottage is nestled in a wooded park, shared with another house set back. The Port-Blanc jetty, a marina and landing stage for the Île-aux-Moines, is accessible on foot through a small gate located on the property boundary. An ideal solution for enjoying the island's restaurants and beaches without accessibility constraints and without overlooking nuisances.
