Saubere Wohnung! ruhig! zentrumsnah, günstig weniger gut: Fenster sind alt und nicht dicht verschliessbar = Es herrscht immer leicher Durchzug mit Pfeifgeräuschen( sicher im Winter nicht ideal), die Whng. ist ringhörig, ist aber zum Glück nicht viel Betrieb im Haus. Kochherd hätte längst ausgedient! Badewanne alt... Aber es hat alles funktioniert. ! Es waren trotzdem tolle Tage in der sonst gemütlichen Wohnung
