Nous avons apprécié notre location à bagnol. Très calme. Belle Piscine . Manque un peu d entretien du jardin ... et abri de piscine non fonctionnel donc non sécurisée.. sinon je conseille cette location.

Maison agréable

Jolie maison bien équipée proche de toutes commodités. Extérieurs bien agencés (belle piscine et 3 terrasses). L'entretien du jardin pourrait être amélioré. Accueil chaleureux par Irina.

manque d'entretien .... dommage, car beau potentiel

Points forts: - bon accueil - sérieux dans l'établissement de l'état des lieux - beaux volumes dans la maison - maison décorée avec goût (mais salon un peu spartiate) - bon équipement contre la chaleur (volets, stores, airco, ...) - belle région avec de magnifiques villages (Lussan, Monclus, Aiguèze, ...) Points négatifs: - important manque d'entretien des extérieurs de la propriété (herbe haute, haies malades, mauvaises herbes entre les pavés, feuilles mortes entassées sur la terrasse, nid de guêpes, ...) Les photos publiées sur le site (datant de mars 2016) ne sont pas du tout représentatives de l'état des extérieurs pendant notre séjour en juillet 2016 . - manque d'entretien de la piscine (abords pas nettoyées, sable dans le fonds, robot de piscine peu performant) - prix un peu élevé Notre première (légère) déception chez Abritel sur 7 locations depuis 2012. Chez nous !

Nous rentrons sur la région parisienne et avons passé 4 jours (dommage trop court !) - nous nous sommes sentis dans cette grande maison "comme chez nous" ! Tout y est pour cela - grande maison, très confortable bien équipée et calme - nous avons eu le beau temps et avons profité de déjeuner dehors (barbecue oblige !!!) et bien évidemment de la superbe piscine, chauffée naturellement par la coque de protection et en plus vraiment très sécurisée pour les enfants - propriétaire très sympathique qui nous a conseillé notamment le restaurant TERROIRS à Uzès (A ne pas louper !) - je recommande vivement cette location
