The main residence includes four bedrooms, each with natural tones, ocean views, and private balconies. A fifth bedroom sits in a separate casita beneath the entrance level, offering added privacy with its own well-equipped kitchen, king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and private terrace.



The entrance level features a spacious landing, a wine wall, and a flexible family room with a queen bed and two elevated single beds. This area works well as a lounge, workspace, or children’s space, and is designed with accessibility in mind.

The main living level brings everything together in an open, connected layout.

The living room opens directly to the pool terrace, with the view present throughout. The dining area accommodates up to 14 guests across the main table and kitchen island.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, serving ware, and tableware, making it easy to cook, host, or bring in a private chef.

The outdoor areas are designed as a natural extension of the home, where most of the day tends to unfold. Just off the kitchen, an outdoor bar with BBQ and preparation space makes it easy to cook, serve, and stay part of the group while everything is happening around you.

Stepping out from the living room, you are led straight to the cantilevered infinity pool. It features a glass-sided infinity edge with the largest panel ever installed in a pool in Costa Rica, a detail that may make you smile and appreciate the thought behind keeping the view open and uninterrupted.



The hot tub is positioned to take in the sunset view, offering a comfortable place to ease into the evening over an ice-cold drink. Nearby, an outdoor bathroom and double shower add comfort and practicality, allowing you to move easily between pool, lounge, and living areas throughout the day.

On the main floor, alongside the living area, kitchen, and pool terrace, you will find two guest bedrooms:

Bedroom 4 (Family Room / Kids Room)

Just outside the room is a bathroom with a bathtub, often a highlight for younger guests, though equally appreciated by adults.
