Designed to accommodate families and groups, Sabitha at Casa Kia Ora offers a unique luxurious jungle experience, whilst being only 5 minutes from the beach! At Sabitha you enjoy the best of both worlds!

You will have access to 3 private bedroom casitas and a main house complete with full kitchen, dining area, sitting room, bathroom and laundry room. A lovely plunge pool is located centrally to the cabinas and main house. Sabitha can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The Space

Our uniquely designed property offers groups the perfect combination of having ample space to come together as a group, whilst also having space to retreat in their air conditioned private casitas. Each casita has large sliding glass doors with private patios looking out into the jungle.

The property is a 10-minute walk from the beach, on your way there you pass by Kunjani Café and the Shala where you can enjoy the best coffee & breakfast and fantastic daily yoga & pilates classes!

We are a 5-minute drive from Dominical center and a 15-minute drive to the famous Whales Tail in Uvita. It’s a great location to also explore places like Manuel Antonio, Nauyaca waterfalls, Corcovado National park and Cano Island. You won’t run out of activities during your stay with us!

***You are booking everything you see in the pictures, the 3 cabinas and the main house. No other guests will be on the property – meaning you get to enjoy it all for yourself!

About the Neighborhood

Dominicalito is about 1.5 miles south of the Dominical town and about 9 miles north of Uvita town.

Playa Dominicalito is noted as one of the most picturesque beaches in the area due to the cove created by the peninsula of land that extends into the ocean. It is excellent for swimming and also a good beach for beginner surfers. Buy some fresh fish directly from the local fishermen!

Uvita is 15 minutes south, over the last few years it has grown into a bustling commercial center with banks, international schools, supermarkets, coffee shops and so much more. It also serves as the base for visits to Marino Ballena National Park, a pristine marine reserve famous for its migrating pods of humpback whales.

Dominical is 3 minutes north and is known for its world renowned surf break and those seeking an authentic Costa Rican experience. You will find many delicious restaurants, yoga studios, local vendors, and a new brewery.
