Just a short drive from the lovely towns of Uvita, Dominical and Ojochal, this property is a well appointed 3-bedroom, 3 full bath villa which sleeps 7. It has it’s own private pool and balconies overlooking a stunning ocean view facing West for amazing sunsets.

All bedrooms have king-sized beds and their own private, full bath and ocean view. An extra twin+ bed in the second-floor platform gets a pleasant breeze for afternoon reading, napping, or comfortable overnight sleeping, ideal for kids or single guests.

A unique feature of the property is a generator on site which provides the security of knowing you will enjoy uninterrupted AC, fans, and wifi service from any unexpected local power outages.

This home has a very private feel as there are no other houses in view. All you see is a gorgeous, lush, jungle scene full of wildlife with the ocean beyond. The quiet surroundings yield parrots and toucans, hummingbirds and the occasional a monkey, all to be seen while sipping your morning coffee and afternoon cocktail.

A terrific sandy beach with great surf and warm water called Playa Hermosa is about 15 minutes away where you can rent chaise lounges and big umbrellas all day with fresh coconut water and cut pineapple. There are other lovely, smaller beaches within 10 minutes of the house as well, each with its own unique vibe.

There is a fabulous waterfall excursion nearby, as well as ziplining, paragliding, whale watching, surf lessons, snorkeling and fishing boat trips. Plenty of great restaurants and night life can be found in the local area, as well as coffee shops, smoothies, souvenir and gift shops. There are several excellent yoga studios and spas where you can enjoy a massage and/or facial, plus a fully-equipt gym with personal trainers all within 10 minutes drive.

This is a truly spectacular home where you can relax poolside all day, or use as a base from which to enjoy the idyllic beaches and wildlife-rich rainforest setting.

GETTING HERE: The closest major airport is San Jose. From there, we highly recommend taking a smaller plane to Quepos airport which is a 30 minute drive from Uvita.

Go to the Sansa airlines website to book the second flight. From there we can help you arrange a taxi to pick you up and drive you to the car rental place (we recommend booking your SUV in advance) You will need a 4x4 to get to the house. There is an Enterprise/National/Alamo car rental place right in town with plenty of SUVs.

Our lovely and brilliant property manager will meet you there to escort you to the property. You can also rent a car in San Jose and drive down if you don't like small planes, but be prepared for a 4 hr journey.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
