This charming custom-built house, boasting three bedrooms and two bathrooms, is situated on a 1-acre plot within the Domaine Charlevoix property overlooking the Saint Lawrence River. It's just a scenic 7-minute drive from the picturesque town of Baie St-Paul and a mere 20 minutes from the Charlevoix Massif ski resort. Its location also provides easy access to over 12 km of snowshoeing and hiking trails.

The kitchen is fully equipped with four appliances, including a microwave, as well as a washer and dryer for added convenience. Additionally, wireless internet service and cable TV are provided. The screened porch, accessible for three seasons, allows you to fully immerse yourself in nature with access to your BBQ for cooking succulent grills. Nestled in the loft, accessible via a handcrafted solid wood spiral staircase, the master bedroom features a very large queen bed and an open-concept bathroom with a deep bathtub and a spacious area inviting relaxation.
