My grandson and I both enjoyed our stay ... the owners/staff were very accommodating. Only issue was large fan not working in the main room. It was quite hot at night in that room.

We enjoyed the Lodge! The bathroom was very clean and updated (very important to me!) and the towels were very nice. The room was spacious and we had everything we needed. However, check-in was odd. We arrived at 4:00 (check-in said 3:00) but there was no one in the office. I called the Lodge number and left a message but no one ever called me back. I was expecting instructions on how to get in our room. I decided to check the room myself and the door was unlocked and our key was on the table! Although this certainly was convenient at the time, that isn’t very safe! Anyone could have taken Our room and locked the door. I think that’s strange. I think the price was too high for the experience.
