Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
The cabin sleeps up to 11 guests across four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. On the upper level, the secluded master suite includes an ensuite bath and private balcony overlooking mountain views. Three additional bedrooms feature king and queen beds & guest room with four single beds perfect for families or groups. Each room includes soft bed linens, extra blankets, and room-darkening shades for restful nights.

Living spaces
The great room invites you to unwind with an oversized sectional, a 70" Smart TV, and wide windows framing the forest beyond. A cozy reading nook makes the perfect spot for quiet mornings. The main floor bathroom doubles as a laundry space with a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with cooking basics, modern appliances, and a stocked coffee station. This home is located at a high altitude of 8,800 feet. We recommend that guests take time to acclimate at a lower elevation before arrival to ensure a comfortable stay. We want all of our guests to fully enjoy their time here and feel their best!

Please note that there are two exterior cameras on the property. One is focused on the driveway, and the other is directed towards the hot tub and front door. These cameras are used to monitor snow accumulation and ensure proper maintenance during your stay. Thank you!

While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not fully childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while on the premises.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited indoors and will incur a minimum fine of $500.

Our team will stop by once a week to take out the trash, accessing the garage using a code but without entering the home. You may also notice seasonal visits for snow removal or lawn care, which may or may not occur during your stay.
