Charming cottage with luxurious baroque modern decoration of 50 m2 with access to a heated pool with sun lounger (shared with the other cottage). Small kitchen with microwave grill, Nespresso machine, kettle, induction hob, small fridge. Italian LED shower room, LED toilet, mezzanine bedroom with not Japanese stairs (not recommended for the elderly) with LED round bed, sitting area with large flat screen TV. In the park a living room of garden with barbecue at your disposal. Free and secure parking in the area. You are 15 minutes from the entrance to Rennes Sud, between Rennes and Nantes. 1 hour from La Baule, 1 hour from St Malo, 15 minutes from Lohéac circuit, 1km from the bathing pond of Brittany.
